All products in the collection are made with thin sheets of prepreg carbon fibre, shaped in a mould with an autoclave process and stitched with leather thanks to a specific process. The carbon is not used for its rigidity but mainly for the elasticity and shape memory.

The result is a product technically evolved in which carbon fibre becomes a skin, light and elastic while providing structure to the products.

All the metal components are made with milled aluminium, such as details of the lightweight competition cars. This means that the metal components are made from a unique piece of aluminium worked with a mill to get the final component.

Aznom uses only aeronautical prepreg carbon fibre for maximum performance. On the C24 and the C48, the strap is made from 50 mm tape with the high load resistance.

Other than the technical details which characterize the Carbon Business Line, the Carbon business 48h line is defined by its practicality and ergonomic handles in leather as well as for the quadrangular components which attach the Shoulder Belt combined with larger dimensions than the Carbon Business 24h. On the inside, there is also a zipper pocket. Carbon business 48h comes in a standard range colour of black leather or upon request, the client can personalize the colour, finishing and materials of the components.

The Carbon Collection is the result of experimentation and research of Aznom into the world of high-tech materials. We started to work with carbon fibre in 2006. The project was born from the idea of using technologies and materials of the racing world to create design objects with strong technical content and strong innovative character.
