Jefferson Slack has over two decades of experience in athlete management, sports investments, and content creation and distribution. He was Senior Vice President of Global Football at IMG for five years. he was running the global football business, including leading the development of the Indian Super League and the partnership with the Chinese Super League.

Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Wasserman Media Group in Europe. At that time, he joined Wasserman after four years of serving as FC Internazionale’s CEO (Inter Milan). Jeff has led, built, developed, and executed numerous top-level football sponsorship and marketing deals.

With Aston Martin continuing to be one of the world’s most iconic and instantly recognisable brands, Jefferson Slack is primed to leverage the legendary identity in its new era in Formula One.

Jefferson Slack joined the Racing Point F1 Team ahead of the Aston Martin rebrand with a CV that features 30 years of experience across the sports industry. He managed basketball star Jordan’s marketing activities before moving into private sports equity with the Hicks, Muse firm.

He became the first American CEO of the Italian football club Inter Milan. He boasts sports agency experience with Wasserman and IMG and has spent time as a commercial adviser in the two-wheel arena with Dorna, the commercial rights holder for MotoGP.

Jefferson Slack is responsible for all commercial and marketing activities as the team seeks to build a successful operation on and off the track.

Under his stewardship, the team plans to build a world-class commercial and marketing team to fully unlock the potential of the Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team.

With the arrival of Cognizant as Title Partner and Aramco as a strategic partner, the Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team is growing a diverse group of partners to be a part of the AMCF1 family.
