Uses

What products of ours could be directly used in top-level racing? Well, the best ones for quality motors are from our Premium Range: all of them come with a 30% polyamide and are 300 GSM – 600 GSM. The microfibre is split more times so that it gives a very soft plush feel. We also use the same material on the hemming, so the hemming is just as soft as the cloth itself, ensuring no scratching on any cars or delicate paintwork. If customers are unsure then we are more than happy to advise on what products would work best for their needs.

We have invested a lot of time and money into advertising in European countries and we have found companies there that have complete compassion into our range.

Feedback

We believe that the best way to grow our company and to ensure we provide the very best service we can is by listening to our customers, thus we have to take on board all feedback – positive and negative. And with this information we can also advise others if they have similar experiences. We also take a keen interest in asking our customers what they want and if there are any other products or uses they feel they need a different microfibre cloth for. This proved to be a great way to expand our product lines.

Market growth potential

We have seen in the last year a big growth across Europe. We have invested a lot of time and money into advertising in European countries and we have found companies there that have complete compassion into our range. Because we are able to offer good service, shipping costs and price, we have really seen a turn around. As we do a large range we have noticed people are really starting to treat us as a one stop shop for their microfibre needs. We also continue to listen to the British market and adapt accordingly to what they use and want.
