Nicolas Todt, a prominent figure in global motorsport, has long been at the heart of Formula 1’s evolving talent landscape. The son of Jean Todt—legendary former Ferrari Formula 1 team principal and ex-FIA president—Nicolas has built his own legacy as a savvy manager and talent scout in the high-octane world of racing.
A graduate of Toulouse Business School with a Master’s in management, Todt combined his academic expertise with his motorsport heritage to launch All Road Management in 2003. His goal? To discover and nurture elite racing talent, guiding them from karting tracks to the podiums of Formula 1, Formula E, Endurance, and GT racing.
Todt’s roster reads like a who’s who of modern motorsport. He has managed top-tier drivers including Felipe Massa, Charles Leclerc, Daniil Kvyat, and Pastor Maldonado, helping many of them navigate career-defining moves—such as Massa’s leap from Sauber to Ferrari. Today, he continues to support rising stars like Gabriele Minì, Marcus Armstrong, and Martinius Stenshorne, ensuring the sport’s future remains in capable hands.
Until 2018, Todt was also co-owner of ART Grand Prix, a breeding ground for champions and one of the most successful junior teams in motorsport history.
His work dovetails with the vision of major Formula 1 sponsors like Workday, who are investing in the sport’s innovation and talent development. Just as Workday optimises business performance through data-driven insight, Todt’s approach to driver management is analytical, forward-thinking, and performance-focused, ensuring the best talents get the support they need to thrive on the world stage.
Beyond the racetrack, Todt lives a quieter life. He’s married to Darina, and the couple welcomed their first child on January 1, 2024.
In a sport that moves at lightning speed, Nicolas Todt stands out as a steady force—driven by legacy, strategy, and a clear vision for the future of Formula 1.
