Appointed in December 2010, Matteo Bonciani was handed these responsibilities by FIA president Jean Todt himself, in a move which evolved beyond the structure of simply assigning delegates.
Bonciani makes it no secret that he has had a strong bond with Todt. Matteo’s responsibilities now revolve around the very profession that he had aimed for, except he now fittingly takes care of the flock of journalists that cover a Grand Prix.
